Privacy Policy

Effective date: 11.10.2025

App: iFinance (iOS)
Developer: Yevhen Venko
Contact: support@venkocode.com

1. Summary

We do not create our own server and do not transfer your financial data to the developer — they are stored locally on your device (UserDefaults/Keychain).

Sign in with Apple (optional): Apple may share your name and e-mail with us only upon your first sign-in; we use them only for display in the app and store them locally.

Pro purchases are processed by Apple (StoreKit). We do not receive your payment details.

The free version uses advertising SDKs (Google AdMob) — they may collect device identifiers and interaction data to display and measure ad performance. The app shows the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) system prompt.

The “Erase all data” button deletes your local data within the app. Deleting the app also removes local data via iOS standard mechanisms.

2. What data we process

2.1 Data you enter in the app

Records of income/expenses (name, amount, type, date). These data never leave your device and are not sent to the developer.

2.2 Account data (optional)

If you use Sign in with Apple: User identifier (user ID), name, and e-mail (if you allow Apple to share them) — used to display your profile and synchronize status (in the future) and stored locally (Keychain/UserDefaults).

You can choose “Hide My Email” — then Apple will provide a private relay e-mail.

2.3 Purchase data

Information about Pro purchases is processed by Apple via StoreKit. We only receive proof of purchase to verify Pro status. Payment data are not accessible to us.

2.4 Advertising partner data (free version)

We integrate Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect:

Usage is governed by Google’s policy: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Upon first launch, we request ATT permission. If you decline, cross-app tracking identifiers are not used. The Pro version contains no ads.

3. How we use the data

4. Storage and security

Financial records and settings are stored only on your device. We use standard iOS mechanisms (Keychain/UserDefaults). You control the device (Face ID/Touch ID/passcode).

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your personal data. Possible sharing cases:

6. Children

The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Your rights

Depending on your country, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing. Since we do not have a server and store data locally, the fastest way is to use “Erase all data” or delete the app. For questions, contact: support@venkocode.com.

8. International transfers

Ad networks and Apple may process data on servers outside your country according to their policies.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy. The new version will be published on this page with a new “Effective date”.

10. Account Deletion

The app provides an option to delete your account directly from within the app. To delete your account, open Settings → Delete Account. When you confirm deletion, all locally stored account information (such as your name, email, and sign-in data) will be permanently removed from the device, and you will be signed out. Your financial entries and purchase history remain saved locally on your device and are not linked to your account. App Store subscriptions remain connected to your Apple ID and can be managed or restored in the App Store.
